Outside of workshop facilitation and speaking engagements, my second area of practice is custom consulting with schools, organizations, and families.
In practice, this can look like (AKA consulting I have done in the past):
↳ Coaching grade level teacher teams on how to have courageous conversations with parents and families
↳ Auditing an organization’s policies and procedures using Gender Based Analysis + (GBA+) — the gold standard for equity and inclusion audit analysis. Afterward, I provide easy-to-implement solutions and path forward for ongoing inclusive practice
↳ Helping families and loved ones facilitate the ‘coming out’ process with care, curiosity, and compassion so that everyone feels heard and supported
↳ Guiding a group book study (most recently, Gender: Your Guide — The Gender-Friendly Primer on What to Know, What to Say, and What to Do in the New Gender Culture by Dr. Lee Airton).
